Villa Marica is hoilday house in Split and it is a perfect holiday resort for a family or a group of friends and provides a comfortable stay for 12 person.
It is located in a calm neighbourhood, only 300m away from the beautiful beach and promenade Žnjan and 2 km from the center of Split.
Residence consits 3 floors and underground floor (basement).

About unit
Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and 1 one single room (decorated as a kids room with some toys and games).
Three of the four bedrooms have a balcony . On the second floor there is also a large bathroom.
Third floor consists of large living room with billiards (pool), football table, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin and two rooms, both with double beds. One of the rooms has a balcony.
In the basment there is wellness - Sauna and whirpool (jaccuzii) and s small gym
Outside there is a swiming pool area, BBQ area and Kids(fun)area.
Swimming pool (40m2) is private, only for you.
Near the pool there is BBQ area with large dining table (gazebo area).
There is possiblitiy to have beer on tap in garden area.
Also, outside there are is kids area - trampoline, swing, kods playing house and teeter- totter.

Villa Marica
Antonia was a fantastic host. The villa is fantastic with so much room for a large group of people. Antonia arranged our transportation to the airport as well as beer on tap whilst we were there. A truly great place to stay if travelling to split as a group!

Villa Marica
Antonia was very responsive, helpful and flexible. She let us know that her prior guests left a day early and thus we were able to check in earlier which was much appreciated. We were 3 families/10 people and had plenty of space to spread out. The amenities were great (although we went during a heat wave and thus the spa & sauna were unused). The location was convenient to grocery stores, beach and freeway.
